Founding Program

About 15 million children in the United States live in households with incomes beneath the national poverty threshold. For these families, providing infants and toddlers with the basic things they need for health and development can prove difficult. We’re working to change that.

Programs

Cuddle Me Program Diaper Bank

Our founding Cuddle Me Program’s Diaper Bank provides children birth to 4 years of age the essentials of daily living such as disposable diapers and wipes, clothing, and a variety of baby equipment like strollers, car seats & more.

Our local resource center and national partners also empower parents and guardians by sharing information on local resources & assisting with financial goal planning, as they strive towards self-sufficiency.

This tiered approach meets the immediate needs of vulnerable children and assists their future wellness by preparing and supporting their caretakers. Inquires about this program can be sent to CuddleMeProgram@gmail.com

Supplemental Programs

At our start, we worked to meet the very basic needs of families with infants through our Cuddle Me Diaper Bank. As our organization has expanded, we’ve added the CuddleMe Food Bank, Trailblazers & Future Leaders programs so that these families can have our continued support well beyond their children’s infant stages.

Programs

Cuddle Me Program Food Bank

During the operation of the Cuddle Me Program Diaper Bank, we began to notice the need for nutritious formula for infants and healthy food products for small children. This additional beginning stage program minimizes unhealthy diseases, works to eliminate child starvation and connects parents with continued resources to support the health and success of their families. Inquires about this program can be sent to CuddleMeProgram@gmail.com

Trailblazers

For children ages 5 to 11, The Trailblazers program works to instill educational and recreational values, fostering children’s natural capacity to develop the positive behavior and social skills necessary to their physical and mental development.  Inquires about this program can be sent to TrailblazersProgram@gmail.com

Programs

Future Leaders

The Future Leaders Program supports children ages 12 to 17. By providing mentoring, computer training and recreational opportunities, we help teens develop the necessary skills they need for college and professional environments. Inquires about this program can be sent to FutureLeadersProgram@gmail.com

PROGRAMS IN THE WORKS

We’re looking ahead to implement new more targeted programs that focus on education, nutrition and exercise. The following efforts are in the works, and we need your help to grow them into their full potential. It takes a village, after all. Please donate to support these, and all our programs.

Healthy Child

The Healthy Child program provides meals for children who do not meet the free lunch program guidelines set by their school systems. The Healthy Child program is a component of the Fit4Kids program, and distributes age-appropriate food, introducing a wholesome, balanced diet and proper nutrition to help reduce childhood obesity.? Inquires about this program can be sent to HealthyChildProgram@gmail.com

Programs

Fit4Kids

Run by the older children in the Trailblazers Program, Fit4Kids sponsors a soccer team in southern New Jersey. The team receives uniforms, snacks for the season and support from their biggest fans. Our goal for this program is to get kids active and out of the house at least three times a week. Inquires about this program can be sent to Fit4KidsProgram@gmail.com

Programs

School Success

The Prepare for School Success program provides new school supplies and book bags for children in low-income families. School supplies are a necessary tool in a child’s educational development so we provide resources each fall to refresh the child’s supplies and their readiness to learn. Inquires about this program can be sent to SchoolSuccessProgam@gmail.com

Programs

The Toybox Library

This program is a lending library where children up to the age of 5 can borrow toys. A family can “check out” 3 toys per child weekly for free. Though often seen as non-essential, playing is a critical part of healthy development for all children. Inquires about this program can be sent to ToyboxLibraryProgram@gmail.com

Library Book Program

The Library Book Program allows children to select one age appropriate book per week to take home and add to their home library. The books are donated to us by various organizations, such as our biggest donor, Classics Used Book Store in Trenton, which allows us to give them out free.  Inquires about this program can be sent to LibraryBookProgram@gmail.com
